Purchasing a plan but failing to use the provided tests or materials.
Claiming the purchase was made by mistake or by an unauthorized family member.
Failure to clear any examination after using our mock tests.
Device, internet, or compatibility-related issues originating from the user's side.
If your money was deducted but the subscription wasn't activated, please reach out immediately. We will verify the transaction and activate your account manually.
